			Workbook#: GM211 Practice with Lumie 2 (German version) for age 6 and above Continued from the workbook of "Practice with Lumie 1", this workbook extends basic arithmetic exercises of addition and subtraction up to 20. Lumie, the green dragon, will appear on most of those exercise pages to guide children throughout the workbook. Exercises in the first page are reviews of addition and subtraction up to 11. In the next few pages, each number from 11 to 20 is introduced separately by various arithmetic exercises. When introducing a new number, addition and subtraction with objects is presented first to make children feel comfortable, and then followed by number sentence problems. Plenty exercises of addition and subtraction from 11 to 20 is provided for children to practice in order to master those skills. In the last few pages children have the opportunity to practice various mixed addition and subtraction exercises from 1 to 20 including 3-layer problems. One useful tool of this workbook is the counting blocks or related objects (for example, dice or coins) printed on top of each page.
